পরীক্ষা পদ্ধতি: প্রাথমিক শিক্ষক নিয়োগ পরীক্ষার পদ্ধতি সম্পর্কে বিশেষজ্ঞরা বলেন, প্রাথমিক সহকারী শিক্ষক এবং প্রাক-প্রাথমিক সহকারী শিক্ষক নিয়োগ পরীক্ষার বিষয়বস্তু বিগত বছরের মতো থাকলেও এবার প্রশ্নের মান উন্নত হবে।

আগে লিখিত পরীক্ষায় মাধ্যমিক পর্যায় থেকে প্রশ্ন করা হলেও এবার উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক পর্যায় থেকেও প্রশ্ন আসবে। ৮০ নম্বরের লিখিত এবং ২০ নম্বরের মৌখিক পরীক্ষাসহ মোট ১০০ নম্বরের পরীক্ষা হবে। লিখিত পরীক্ষা নেওয়া হবে বহু নির্বাচনী বা এমসিকিউ পদ্ধতিতে।

প্রশ্ন করা হবে বাংলা, ইংরেজি, গণিত এবং সাধারণ জ্ঞান-এই চারটি বিষয়ে। প্রতিটি বিষয় থেকে ২০টি করে মোট ৮০টি এমসিকিউ প্রশ্ন থাকবে। প্রতিটি প্রশ্নের মান ১। সাবধান, নেগেটিভ মার্কিং মানবণ্টনে পরিবর্তন না এলেও চালু হচ্ছে নেগেটিভ মার্কিং। একটি ভুল উত্তরের জন্য কাটা যাবে ০.২৫ নম্বর। ফলে চারটি প্রশ্নের ভুল উত্তর দিলে ১ নম্বর কাটা যাবে। তাই নিশ্চিত না হয়ে কোনো প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়া ঠিক হবে না। অনেক সময় সঠিক উত্তর জানা থাকলেও বৃত্ত ভরাটের সময় অসাবধানতাবশত ভুল উত্তর দাগিয়ে ফেলেন। একটুখানি সতর্ক হলেই এ ভুল এড়ানো যায়।

এমসিকিউ প্রশ্নের জন্য বরাদ্দ থাকবে ৮০ মিনিট। অর্থাৎ প্রতিটি প্রশ্নে পাওয়া যাবে এক মিনিট। যে প্রশ্নগুলো সহজেই উত্তর করা যায়, তা শুরুতেই দাগিয়ে ফেলতে হবে। কোনো প্রশ্নে বেশি সময় নষ্ট করা যাবে না, কঠিন প্রশ্নগুলো রেখে দিতে হবে পরে উত্তর করার জন্য। অনুমাননির্ভর উত্তরের চেয়ে না দাগানোই ভালো। তবে চারটি অপশনের মধ্যে দুটি ভুল উত্তর বের করতে পারলে বাকি দুটির মধ্যে একটি বেছে নেওয়া যেতে পারে। জানা প্রশ্নেও অনেকে কোনটির উত্তর করবেন, তা নিয়ে দ্বিধায় থাকেন অনেকে। প্রথমবার যেটি সঠিক বলে মনে হয়, উত্তর সঠিক হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা সেটির বেশি! বিগত বছরগুলোর প্রশ্ন সমাধান করলে কাজে দেবে। নিজেকে যাচাইয়ের জন্য বিসিএস প্রিলিমিনারি পরীক্ষার প্রশ্নও দেখতে পারেন।

বাংলা সাহিত্য ও ব্যাকরণ: উল্লেখযোগ্য কবি-সাহিত্যিকদের জীবন ও সাহিত্যকর্ম, বাংলা ভাষা ও সাহিত্যের ইতিহাস সম্পর্কে জানতে হবে। গল্প, কবিতা বা উপন্যাসের রচয়িতা থেকে প্রশ্ন বেশি আসে। ব্যাকরণ অংশে শব্দ, পদ, কারক- বিভক্তি, প্রকৃতি- প্রত্যয়, সন্ধি, সমাস, শুদ্ধ বানান পড়তে হবে। পারিভাষিক শব্দ, বিপরীত শব্দ, বাগধারা, এককথায় প্রকাশ থেকেও প্রশ্ন আসতে পারে। কৃষ্ণ অধিকারী জানান, সন্ধি, সমাস, কারক থেকে প্রতিবছরই প্রশ্ন থাকে, এগুলো প্রশ্নে একপলক দেখামাত্রই যেন উত্তর করা যায় সেভাবেই প্রস্তুতি নিতে হবে। এ জন্য বোর্ড প্রণীত নবম-দশম শ্রেণির ব্যাকরণ বইয়ের সব অধ্যায়ের পাঠ এবং উদাহরণ শিখতে পারলে ভালো হয়।

ইংরেজি: বেসিক গ্রামার সম্পর্কে স্পষ্ট ধারণা থাকতে হবে। পড়তে হবে Preposition, Antonym, Synonym, Parts of Speech, Tense, Spelling, Right forms of verb, Transformation, Voice, Narration । সাধারণত Spelling, Right forms of verb, Antonym, Synonym থেকে প্রশ্ন বেশি আসে। বিগত কয়েক বছরের শিক্ষক নিয়োগ পরীক্ষার প্রশ্নপত্র দেখলে বেশ ভালো ধারণা পাওয়া যাবে। চারটি Preposition থেকে শূন্যস্থানে. কোনটি বসবে, গ্রামারের বিচারে কোন বাক্যটি শুদ্ধ, কোনটি সঠিক Indirect Speech – এ ধরনের প্রশ্ন প্রায়ই আসে। অনুশীলনের জন্য প্রাথমিক শিক্ষক নিয়োগ গাইড, প্রফেসরস জব সল্যুশন এবং ভালো মানের গ্রামার বই পড়তে পারেন। আর খাতায় গুরুত্বপূর্ণ শব্দ লিখে চর্চা করলে কাজে লাগবে।

গণিত: গণিতের সমাধান বের করতে অনেকে বেশি সময় নিয়ে ফেলেন। এ ক্ষেত্রে সচেতন হতে হবে। পুরনো পাঠ্যক্রমের ষষ্ঠ থেকে অষ্টম ও নবম- দশম শ্রেণির গণিত বই অনুসরণ করতে হবে। দেখে যেতে হবে এইচএসসি পর্যায়ের বইও। সায়েন্টিফিক ক্যালকুলেটর নেওয়া যাবে না। সাধারণ ক্যালকুলেটর নেওয়া গেলেও সময় স্বল্পতার কারণে সব সময় ব্যবহার করতে যাওয়াটা বোকামি। গণিতের প্রস্তুতি এমনভাবে নিতে হবে যেন মুখে মুখেই অঙ্কের বেশির ভাগ সমাধান করে নেওয়া যায়, বারবার চর্চা করলেই এটা সম্ভব। সুদ-কষা, ঐকিক নিয়ম, লাভ-ক্ষতি, ভগ্নাংশ, ধারাপাত এবং বীজগণিতের প্রথম পর্যায়ের কিছু অঙ্ক থেকে প্রশ্ন আসতে পারে। অনেক সময় দশমিকের গুণ, ভাগ থাকে। জ্যামিতির সাধারণ সূত্র ও সংজ্ঞা থেকেও প্রশ্ন আসে।

সাধারণ জ্ঞান: সাম্প্রতিকে জোর বাংলাদেশের স্বাধীনতা, অভ্যুদয়ের ইতিহাস, জাতীয় বিষয়াবলি থেকে প্রশ্ন আসে। আন্তর্জাতিক অংশে দক্ষিণ এশিয়া এবং এশিয়া সম্পর্কিত প্রশ্ন বেশি দেখা যায়। খেলাধুলা, আন্তর্জাতিক সংস্থা, পুরস্কার, দিবস ইত্যাদি থেকে প্রশ্ন আসে। সাধারণ বিজ্ঞান ও প্রযুক্তিসংশ্লিষ্ট প্রশ্ন যেমন বিভিন্ন আবিষ্কার, রোগব্যাধি, বিভিন্ন খাদ্যগুণ, কম্পিউটার, তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি থেকে প্রশ্ন আসতে পারে। সাধারণ জ্ঞানের প্রস্তুতির জন্য আজকের বিশ্ব, এমপিথ্রি, নতুন বিশ্ব পড়তে পারেন কৃষ্ণ অধিকারী বলেন, সাম্প্রতিক সময়ে বাংলাদেশ থেকে প্রশ্ন বেশি থাকে। বিশেষত এক বছরের জাতীয় ও আন্তর্জাতিক বিশ্বে ঘটে যাওয়া ঘটনাগুলোকে বেশি গুরুত্ব দিতে হবে। এ জন্য পড়তে হবে সাধারণ জ্ঞানবিষয়ক মাসিক কারেন্ট অ্যাফেয়ার্স বা কারেন্ট ওয়ার্ল্ড।

মৌখিক পরীক্ষা: লিখিত পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণদেরই শুধু মৌখিক পরীক্ষায় ডাকা হবে। মৌখিক পরীক্ষায় থাকবে ২০ নম্বর। একাডেমিক ফলাফল বা শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার ওপর থাকবে ৫ নম্বর। এক্সট্রা কারিকুলাম (নাচ, গান, অভিনয়, আবৃত্তি) এর ওপর বরাদ্দ থাকবে ৫ নম্বর। বাকি ১০ নম্বর থাকবে সাধারণ জ্ঞানের ওপর। মৌখিক পরীক্ষায় সাধারণ জ্ঞানের জন্য প্রার্থীর নিজ জেলার থানা বা উপজেলার আয়তন, জনসংখ্যা, সংস্কৃতি, জেলার ইতিহাস, রাজনীতি ইত্যাদি সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকলে ভালো করা যাবে।
